Service Guarantees
We're extra careful to fulfill orders as promptly as possible, with typical fulfillment within one working day or less. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason within the standard timeframe, we will contact you via email.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas on any orders, regardless of when the order is placed. We do not provide refunds on Priority shipping fees for delayed orders. The dates provided in the table above reflect our best estimate for on-time deliveries.
We cover the full cost of Standard shipping for all orders above $75 (i.e., free shipping for you!). For any order size, you may purchase expedited shipping options. The cost of expedited shipping will vary depending on the size of your order, shipping address, and selected shipping speed.
