





Dark Chocolate | Raw Cane Sugar-Sweetened
Two ingredients only, for each of these bars – plus the generous sprinkle of Himalayan pink salt on a couple of our salted 70% dark chocolate classics.
No gums, lecithin, emulsifiers, added flavors or cocoa butter. . . Only single-origin cacao and raw, unrefined sugarcane. Depending on where you are in the world, raw cane sugar goes by different names: panela in Colombia, jaggery in the Indian subcontinent.
For us, we call it by its gift: a natural, gentle sweetness that doesn't distract from the complexity of the cacao it adorns.
And oh, such complexity in this cacao. This gift set will take you on a ride. Start slow, if you'd like. There's no right or wrong way to each chocolate - and we will be the last to police your moments of sweet pause. Still, chew, then stew is how we like to start. Chew once or twice, then let the chocolate slowly melt and coat the mouth.
