If you navigate to the Wikipedia entry for almond bark, at the time of this writing, the provided definition is - in our professional opinion - bizarre. The editors state:
Almond barkĀ (also known asĀ vanilla flavoredĀ candy coating) is aĀ chocolate-likeĀ confectionĀ made with vegetable fats instead ofĀ cocoa butterĀ and withĀ coloringĀ andĀ flavorsĀ added.
And that is, to make matters further candy-coated, only the first sentence.
Suffice it to say, we do not make "almond bark" in the Wikipedia tradition. So we've renamed it.
Our "almond bark/meow", like all ourĀ base recipes, features slowcocoaāsĀ maximum allowable four ingredients only, plus the decadent drizzle of Himalayan pink salt.
That's it.
