Almond bark (also known as vanilla flavored candy coating) is a chocolate-like confection made with vegetable fats instead of cocoa butter and with coloring and flavors added.

And that is, to make matters further candy-coated, only the first sentence.

Suffice it to say, we do not make "almond bark" in the Wikipedia tradition. So we've renamed it.

Our "almond bark/meow", like all our base recipes, features slowcocoa’s maximum allowable four ingredients only, plus the decadent drizzle of Himalayan pink salt.
