One of Everything, Pls: The Bars Collection

Indecisive? Hosting a gathering? Love to share, love good chocolate, or love sharing with good people who love good chocolate?

These are all incredibly valid reasons why The Bars Collection may or may not be for you.

That's right: we encourage you to slow down before making this decision. This isn't the checkout aisle. This isn't shiny packaging. This isn't a sugar rush...

In fact, there's no rush at all. 😌

Everything included in this collection will still be here, even tomorrow or the day after that. In fact, we hope to be here quite a long time, indeed. Indeed we do! We're in it for the long haul, one could say. No venture-backed runway to nebulous someday profitability that pushes us to cut costs, to cut corners, to second-guess or insist on getting it just right. That's not the vision of a new economy we melt for.

We're here because chocolate is – let's be real – a miracle. That it even exists, that the kaleidoscope of environmental and human labor and human sensory function coalesced just so: miraculous, really.

Each bar we handcraft is two to three years in the making.

Our role in that process is only the blink of an eye: a single week. A full week, a slow week – molding and melding our craft from bean to bar or, as we say, from cacao to compost, plants to personality.

Nor will these bars expire anytime soon. With only one to four ingredients, our chocolate is proudly shelf-stable for 18+ months. In practice, we find each bar will last as long as the sum of each moment you invest to enjoy it: as infinitely as a single moment, as slowly as the flavors' unfurling.
